Our 7,000-square-foot loft offers meeting rooms that are different in size, look and feel, yet are all equipped with fast/secure Internet connectivity, projection, and teleconferencing capabilities. All essential meeting supplies as well as use of breakout areas are included in your price.
The boardroom’s not so boring! Experience river views and modern furnishings to keep you ultra comfortable. This room fits up to 8 and features an eno interactive whiteboard so you can write, project and jump online as needed.
Our largest flexible space. Go formal or informal, classroom or living-room style. Good for groups of up to 40, featuring huge arched windows, sound system and a mobile eno interactive whiteboard for presentations, notes and web.
For groups of up to 25, this space is ultra flexible. Sit back and relax or have a high-energy meeting with added room for breakout sessions. Equipped with mobile eno interactive whiteboard and a fantastic projection/sound system.
Plug in and share your computer screen. Great for team collaboration, media:scape technology allows up to 6 people to toggle back and forth and share presentations and other electronic content from their computers or iPads.
The best focus-testing facility in the area! This room is equipped with a video camera to stream video to our viewing room so that focus testing is comfortable and seamless. This room is perfect for training and meetings, too.
Help yourself to beverages and snacks or just hang out at our large table for a breakout session. All stocked non-alcoholic beverages and light snacks are included in your room rental. The café is the place to be.
Our large boardroom is as beautiful as it is functional. Accommodating up to 12, this room overlooks the Illinois River and features an eno interactive whiteboard for presentations, note-taking and Internet access.

ROOM offers long-term rental of our smaller studios to individuals or groups needing space for extended periods of time. The rooms have a table and multiple chairs and are equipped with wi-fi, phone and whiteboard. The studios accommodate up to 7 people for meetings.

Connect and collaborate–it’s that easy. media:scape allows up to 6 users to plug in and share digital content by toggling between 2 large flat screen monitors. Ideal for small team projects when co-creating content is important.
ROOM supports and promotes our arts community by featuring work by local artists. The pieces in our space inspire and create a one-of-a-kind meeting experience. The art on our walls is for sale and we will help facilitate contact with the artists if a guest would like more information or would like to purchase a piece.
Sitting on the top floor of the Contemporary Art Center, ROOM is like no other meeting space in the region. The meeting rooms in the front of the building have some of the best river views around, while the back and side meeting spaces have fantastic city views. Less than a block away, you’ll find convenient access to the brand new Peoria Riverfront Museum and Caterpillar Visitors Center.
Several city parking lots are right across the street from ROOM. With convenient automated meters, you can simply input the time you will be at ROOM and take care of it all at once. If you prefer, we can provide passcodes and bill the parking fee along with your reservation.
Please call ROOM to discuss the details of your meeting needs so that we can tailor ideas to help create the most productive meeting experience for your group. We also invite you to tour ROOM prior to making a reservation so that you can get a real sense of all the possibilities we can offer.
Each room is priced at a flat rate depending on the duration of the meeting: 2-hour, half-day, full day, etc. An additional per-person charge is added to cover technology offerings, meeting supplies, parking and all snacks and non-alcoholic beverages. Our guests do not need to bring any supplies. We provide projectors, projection screens, whiteboards, large Post-it® notes, markers, etc.
ROOM requires a 50% deposit to reserve a meeting space. Payment is due in full prior to departure. If your reservations must be changed or cancelled, our team will work with you to reschedule your visit. Deposits cannot be refunded if cancellation is less than 1 week prior to your reservation date.
